“Alliance Coaching helps you to grow as an Alliance Leader and meanwhile will help to grow your organization’s Alliance Capabilities.”

I am certain that when you’re involved in alliance management – you’ve got one of the best jobs in the world!  However, it can also be a solitary job. Where do you turn when you want to bounce ideas? When you want a sounding board or when you want to talk about the challenges you face? What about those confidential topics!

That’s where Alliance Coaching is absolutely invaluable.

I Will Be Your Sparring Partner

With an Alliance Coaching engagement, you can use me as your sparring partner, your sounding board, even your accountability partner. Bounce your ideas off me, talk about the challenges you face and I will work closely together with you giving you input, asking questions, probing and giving direction.

Overcome Your Work Challenges

As your Alliance Coach, I will provide you with practical guidance to overcome the challenges in your work. I’ll provide you with my knowledge and experience as a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) and as a Certified Coach in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching Methodology.

How long does the coaching process take?

Coaching is held on a monthly basis. Every month, we’ll conduct at least one online Zoom call. We might have more than one call. Each should last approximately 45 to 90 minutes. During that time, we’ll discuss your plans, challenges and examine your progress. It doesn’t end there. In between our regular calls, you’ll have my unlimited email and telephone support. In addition to the regular Zoom calls, we can always schedule additional calls if necessary or even meet in person in one of your office locations, if accessible.

Generally, an Alliance Coaching engagement lasts approximately one year and operates one-to-one. However, depending on your alliance projects, you may want to include other members from your team or we could decide to include multiple contact persons too. Also shorter, monthly, Alliance Coaching engagements are possible.

I believe that as part of the coaching engagement, it is often useful to involve your stakeholders, or the stakeholders of a specific project. If we decide this is suitable, as your coach, I will interview a set of relevant stakeholders to solicit a 360 degree view on the status of the alliance project or the status of alliances in your company.

As a result of Alliance Coaching with me you will grow as an Alliance Leader. Meanwhile, it will help you to grow your organisations Alliance Capabilities.

He creates a safe environment where one can openly discuss situations in which even the most experienced leader can benefit from his advice. His ability to make a given individual understand and execute on his or her opportunities to become a better leader has enabled me to perform my best and, most importantly, to guide my team through change and uncertainty.
