The purpose of the Alliance Leadership Coaching is to supply you with a sounding board as well as with a guide to help you find new insights on your journey in Alliance Leadership. Alliance Leadership Coaching will help you to grow as an Alliance Leader, meanwhile helping you to grow your organization’s Alliance Capabilities. This will lead to a higher return on your alliances.
An Alliance Leadership Coaching engagement entails coaching on a monthly basis: every month we will conduct a 60 to 90 minute coaching call via Zoom and in between I am available for support through email and ad-hoc calls. In the coaching, I will use the tools and best practices available to me as a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach and as a strategic alliance specialist.

Personal Alliance Leadership Coaching
Personal Alliance Leadership Coaching is for those leaders who want to work on their Alliance Leadership and pay from their own expense. We will focus on your personal development and challenges within the context of your business environment. The engagement will start with an initial period of 6 months and can be terminated every month before the monthly invoice date.
A Personal Alliance Leadership Coaching engagement starts with a Global Leadership Self-Assessment as part of the first month. In the self-assessment you will assess yourself against the top 15 most pressing competencies for today’s global leader and in our debrief we will compare it with the norm group of 2800 international leaders. This self-assessment will help you to identify your 1 or 2 high value leadership growth areas.
Business Alliance Leadership Coaching
Business Alliance Leadership Coaching is for those leaders who want to develop their Alliance Leadership with the support from their organization. This engagement is a 12 months engagement. We will involve your stakeholders in the organization to ensure that the alliance awareness and effectiveness of the organization will grow together with your Alliance Leadership skills. The involvement of your stakeholders is done in two ways:
As part of a Global Leadership Assessment you and your stakeholders will assess you against the top 15 most pressing competencies for today’s global leader. In our debrief we will compare it with the norm group of 2800 international leaders. Like the self-assessment, also this assessment will help you to identify your 1 or 2 high value leadership growth areas, now based on a 360 degree view within the organization.
In the initial phases of a Business Alliance Leadership Coaching engagement, as your coach, I will interview your stakeholders to solicit their input on your performance as an Alliance Leader as well as on the state of alliances in your organization. This input will guide us in the process of improving your Alliance Leadership and Alliance competences in the organization.
