Alliances: the Senseo effect

As ASAP chapter in the Netherlands we will organize a lecture on March 11 in Amsterdam with Alfred Griffioen called “In search for your Senseo effect”.

More and more companies create strategic Alliances to enable growth and especially in current economic times Alliances can be a cost effective way to grow the company. Alfred Griffioen is the author of the book “The Senseo effect”, a book in Dutch about creating successful Alliances. The title obviously being a wink to the successful coffee alliance between Philips and Sara Lee. During the lecture Alfred will guide his audience through a number of important aspects to keep in mind while creating Alliances.
