In his latest vlog Robin Sharma talks about the new level of treating customers. Robin states that if you deliver on customer expectations you are in a vulnerable position. You’d better be a genius in what you deliver and deliver more than customers are expecting. A great vlog and precisely the experience I had when staying in Warren House in London earlier this week.
