Commercial and alliance relationships have their challenges to be sustainable. The alliance managers, sales people and purchasers who are responsible will become more effective when using a more systematical approach to value creation and trust. During this session of the network of alliance managers you will get acquainted to the concept of “sustainable business relationships”.
